Return from Leave 
After returning from an approved leave of absence, you may resume participation in benefits that stopped during your leave. If your benefits continued during your leave, you do not need to make any changes.

 Helpful Tips
  • Coordinate your return from leave with your supervisor and your Human Resources representative
  • Complete enrollment materials if you are returning from leave in a new benefits plan year
  • Update your benefit selections within 31 days of your return from leave
